Cons
Never worked at a place were they demote people that management hired for a job they thought they were experienced enough to handle probably because it’s based off favoritism. You can have 10 years of experience and they’ll pass you over for any good jobs and give it to a crane operator that’s been there for 6 months. At the Sinton facility they hired a Shift supervisor on the cold mill rolling side who has no experience in the industry at all or experience learning any of the jobs In the mill over guys with 10ths plus. Maintenance is led by sorry excuse for supervisors on both Coldmill sides. Nothing ever gets fixed the blame just get passed around. Like I said lack of experience leads to a culture of ignorance.
