Good pay, but that's it

In the year I worked here, my schedule and pay changed at least 3 times each, and DO NOT WORK SECOND SHIFT. There is a tremendously higher expectation for second shift employees than first. You will literally have to work twice as hard on second shift due to lack of performance on first. It was a constant joke while I was there that they punished second shift for being the better team.
