Very good starting pay which rises quickly. Great insurance. Average paid vacation (2-3 weeks), unpaid vacation available as well. Plenty of advancement opportunities.

Cons

Work culture can vary by team lead/application, some are better than others. Low number of company holidays, but that's not really a big factor.
