Steel Tech has wonderful benefits, excellent people working for them, many policies that are meant to maintain a healthy, happy workplace and work-life balance. It's working. It's the first company where I've worked that has more happy people than unhappy people.

Cons

As with most corporate environments, there is a bit of the typical being promoted by who you know and not necessarily what you are doing or are capable of.

Steel Tech is a company filled with good people trying to solve customer problems every day. It's a sales driven organization that wants to grow and treat people well.

Cons

It's a tough industry that goes through cycles, similar to automotive. Their business systems are old.
