Great company in general to work for just keep to yourself and don't get involved with any of the toxicity that management creates.

Cons

Ran by middle management who treat the main plant like it's their own world and they are god. They hide everything that is really happening from the owners and the unethical wrongdoings they do. If anyone below them expresses any opposition they will retaliate and find a way to terminate with lies or half truths. They do not truly do not care about the employees even if they say they do.
