Some managers are professional. You get to work with more technologies, and the more you want to learn, the more opportunities you get

Cons

Worst office politics. Worst Management. Hired IITians and IIM's to increase brand value and sell to E2open. Mass firing without reason. Incompetent people at a higher level. Worst company ever
