Work from home option is there and again depends upon your manager . Flexible timings which looks good who utilises it properly. Helpful colleagues

Cons

No proper communication from top management. No proper recognition Bad politics Less onsite opportunities Work on weekends is a bad thing

Work timings are flexible. Interesting fun activities where all the major festivals are celebrated with zeal.

Cons

Very unstable environment where the core engineers are leaving at alarming rate due to environment created by management.

Politics, pressure, complex coding even for simple logic, unnecessary emergency, low growth, every day is new , no job guarantee. worst promises by higher management.
