      The manager treats the employees under his charge without respect, threatening that if they do things wrong they will be fired.

      Underpaid, over worked

      Pros

      The people you work with are nice and depending on the contract you can get a good manager

      Cons

      Bottom of the barrel pay for IT work, Very high call volume, Benefits are slim to none, Managers are so busy themselves most of the time they don’t have time to assist newer people. In all honesty the work heavily outweighs the pay and the work to life balance is awful with PTO days being seen as a dirty thing to use, and you cannot even use more than two days of it at a time.
