      Pros

      Management in our team are great, not sure with the other teams. No micro managing, always support their employees. There are trainings, they value career advancement.

      Cons

      Office is not good, internet is slow, lack of pantry, comfort room necessities, etc. Work should be permanent remote if that's the case. Also poor HMO benefits, change your health insurance please. There are better HMO providers there.
