They have big companies as clients that can put you in a good team with lots of learning and growth

Cons

They don't invest in employee development, don't reimburse certifications, and don't help when a company you've been consulting for wants to hire you directly without the need to pay them fines.

The people are friendly and great within the fields they specialize in. Easy to network and gain information. A place to get the experience needed, maybe to build a career.

Cons

The salary is one of lowest within the state. No flexibly in schedule; Which changes daily. No incentive to grow within the company.
