      Pros

      The interview process was professional and not rushed. Great experienced people in the service desk/IT industry. The size of the company is not so overwhelming and allows for the establishment of good working relationships.

      Cons

      The office décor is a bit outdated.

      Pros

      Lots of young people creating a nice working environment. Opportunities for growing quickly and learning new things; you need to be very open to changes and adapt very quickly in an ever changing environment but cal learn a lot very fast. Openness for new ides.

      Cons

      Payment is lower than other similar companies.

      - Great environment and nice colleagues - Meal tickets - A lot of other career opportunities

      Cons

      - Sometimes you received calls about applications where you don't have any knowledge about. - Late shifts can be sometimes exhausting
