      Pros

      *They prioritize internal candidates for new positions, which is great. But make sure you're close to your TL to get recommended! Lol. *The pay is bi-weekly, which is also nice.

      Cons

      Office politics, nightshift and if your TL is toxic, expect your teammates to be as well.
