Pros

Because the company has many customers, there are always different projects to work in.

Cons

They save money in minor things that impact a lot .For example, when you travel, you are supposed to share room with a workmate.

Wonderful team and team leader. Always help and advice to get. Always something new to learn, if you’re proactive and take initiative.

Cons

In Belgium there’s not many opportunity for career path, but if a new position is out you can always apply for it
