      Good place to work in the Application division

      Pros

      good place to work, but in the application division, interesting project for ITs specialist ( programmers, developers, testers, etc).

      Cons

      The SDC division is more corporate and salaries are not that interesting, but if you do not know anything about IT, could be a good place to start your career,

      Flexible work time, which is not really a pro because many companies offers that at the moment.

      Negative work environment, terrible management, you don't even know what you supposed to do in the project....the worse place I have ever worked

      Hello, Thanks for taking the time to review our Company. We recognize the amount of turnover we have, and comparatively to other Companies in our region and industry, we have an average turnover rate. A lot of our projects and positions are temporary at our offsite locations, which is why turnover can seem higher in some areas. We are also working to develop a more streamlined training and development program for our employees, and last summer brought in an Organizational Development Manager to help us do so. This does take some time get set up, and we have begun to implement such programs with our Executive Leadership Team, with hopes that this will trickle down to the rest of our employees.
