      Company perks (gym subscription, company events etc) Access to training - though you have to struggle a bit for that Depending on direct manager, you can get some level of mentoring/coaching Flexible work schedule

      Cons

      Too many procedures and things generally move slowly Not a clear career path and difficult to get a promotion, unless you have a direct manager that supports and pushes things Communication is not always transparent

      Lack of training. Major communication barrier between stefanini and the company you are a contractor for you.

      Hello, Thank you for taking the time to review our Company. Your feedback is greatly appreciated! I’m happy you feel the communication around the country is well between the other technicians you work with. We recognize that our training could be better, and have recently put more focus into the training our technicians would like to have/would be interested in. Working for one of our clients can sometimes make you feel you are losing touch with Stefanini, but the HR department currently reaches out to various offsite client employees to make sure everything is going well.
