      Pros

      Lots of opportunity for someone who speaks Portuguese and can work with a company based in Brazil on a regular basis. good place to start if you are looking to advance your career in IT outsourcing.

      Cons

      Have to speak multiple languages to succeed. Not very mature in their processes. Difficult cultural mix between Brazil and the US. Pay is not quite at market rates. Do not consistently pay bonuses.

      Hello, Thank you for your review. Though I can't say I've had the same feelings about speaking multiple languages, your feedback is definitely something for us to consider. In regards to our processes, we are constantly searching for ways to become more efficient, and agree that there is always room for improvement.
