      They offer a competitive salary.

      Cons

      Management is rigid and capricious. Question asking, no matter how valid and constructively posed is frowned upon. Petty, "run and tell" corporate culture. By that I mean that the notion of a civil disagreement between professionals is unheard of. Whoever runs and tells first is automatically "right".

      Pros

      Instill a culture of openness, mutual respect and cooperation. People are generally easy to get along with and exhibit teamwork. Management provides free technical certifications and seminars. Process are intact, organize.

      Cons

      Reactionary versus visionary leaders. Middle management sometimes are too macro in their management style. Up-trainings for non-technical jobs are seldom if not almost to none. And sometimes you have to almost beg for trainings and seminars. Not much career movement for non-tech jobs.
