      - Great environment and nice colleagues - Meal tickets - A lot of other career opportunities

      Cons

      - Sometimes you received calls about applications where you don't have any knowledge about. - Late shifts can be sometimes exhausting

      Great place to work

      - You are given the freedom to be as creative as you can possibly be - The people here are so great, very collaborative and fun - Really flat hierarchy with virtually zero micromanagement - Its definitely a work hard, play hard environment - so as long as you are motivated, you will be appreciated and recognized for your efforts

      Cons

      There isn't a good job and career plan.
