      They don t usuale take interns but this year they changed their strategy and started to hire younger employers to develop within the company and grow with the company

      Pros

      Very nice perks package, including on site massage cabinet and company subscription to one of the best gym/ pools in the area. A diversified range of training and certifications offered for free, especially for IT and low/ mid-level positions. Very good financial/ accounting department (when servicing the employees).

      Cons

      HR policy should be brought up to date (less weight on annual team-building/ evaluations/ bonus) and more into tailored personal growth, autonomy and scope. IT department could become faster and deal with issues in a more professional manner. Communication of company updates is rather exceptional.
