      Good entry level, but get out quickly

      Pros

      Very understanding when it came to work from home, did not push for us to come back. Good training programs you can access in downtime, they can be good preps for certs, etc.

      Cons

      The pay was very bad. When other locations started increasing pay during the pandemic, our desk continued making the same amount with pitiful raises. Promotion opportunities aren't great, and if they like your work, they will add you to programs to "learn" other jobs, which ends up just being doing more expensive labor for your current hourly pay.

      Pros

      You can have opportunities to grow if you're aligned with the politics.

      Cons

      Stefanini is a very unethical company. The leadership don't walk the talk, honesty is optional, and employees aren't treated with respect. It's the most mediocre place I have ever worked.

      No room for growth

      Pros

      I worked with a lot of friendly people at my contracted company.

      Cons

      There was no room for growth, no raises, and most of all 6 months to hire was completely untrue.

Stefanini has been fortunate the last several years to award employees with annual merit increases. There is also a good track record of promotion in Stefanini as a whole. I am a little confused by your claim of signing a non-compete but indicating that you were not a direct hire with Stefanini, as the two would not go hand-in-hand.
