      The pay is laughable. Management is horrible. Their benefits are extremely horrible. They should treat their employees better and to realize how valuable they are. This company has an extremely high turnover rate. None of the employees are happy to be there. Very low morale. I absolutely do not recommend leaving your current job to come to this job. You will absolutely regret leaving your former job for this job. Everyone that has done that always says they wish they would have never left their previous job for this job. Do not take this job unless you absolutely have too

Stefanini’s benefits department works hard every year to try to offer usable and affordable benefits options.       Good Job Made difficult

      Pros

      The ramp up process was very fast. I am experienced in IT and they did not waste any time putting me to work. I have enjoyed most of my coworkers and staff at the facility, After I was here a couple of weeks they started to warm up and things have been very good so far. My onsite Mgr is great and he is very helpful. He actually seems like he wants you to succeed. Always busy.

      Cons

      On the flip side of my Mgr is the Team lead. She is not good. She has zero people skills and she did not offer much of a plan to get me onboarded and trained. Training was half of one day when she was supposed to be assisting me for four weeks. She does not do any work or try to help you with things you might not know being a new employee. The work she does do is mindless and takes no effort or problem solving skills. My training from her was very minimal and offered no direction. Thankfully I have done IT for a long time and did not need much input from her to actually do my job. I had to lean on other employess who showed a willngness to actually help me and show me the proper policy and procedure. She is a poor choice for team lead and I am afraid in the end it will affect the client and people who work with her by them either quiting or conflicting with her. The rules do not apply to her and she is happy to let you know that. Also would be nice if she actually showed up on time and not slept at her desk when she thinks no one is here.
