It pay good and has good insurance and a good work schedule for people that has kids.

Cons

The management like to play favorites and treat the rest poorly.

Typical big corporation. Squeeze all you can from everyone concerned and don't pay too close attention to regulations.

Pros

Very little chance of lay-offs or company closings. Good vacation policy. Overall likable middle management personell. Fairly up-to-date equipment to work with.

Cons

Pay is not competative with industry standards. Integrity is a foreign concept among those who make the decisions both legally and ethically. If there is a corner that can be cut they will cut it even at the cost of meeting federal requirements for retention. A few greedy execs are compromising the values of the company and the product itself.
