      Pros

      The majority of people are a pleasure to work with day-to-day, consistently contributing to a positive work environment. The tasks are engaging and there is a strong emphasis on safety.

      Cons

      There are some inconsistencies in how promotions are handled and how career paths are defined within the company.

      Pros

      Decent pay can work remote depending on supervisor. Wonderful co workers and salesmen.

      Cons

      Toxic, overworked, unrealistic goals, supervisors are not helpful and do not support you to be successful. Other co workers will not speak up due to being scared of retaliation. Untrustworthy management. Director will say she wants freed back but then says what you say isn't true or doesn't do anything. No training. Will pile work on you and expect you to get it all done with very little time and no overtime.
