The workforce, really hardworking people given the challenging leadership and direction. Great brand PR when it comes to values (wellbeing and sustainability) when the reality is quite the opposite. There is so much talent, sadly not being put to the best use…
Cons
From top leadership down, this company is rotten. Toxic behaviours are rewarded and the honest people that display good values are let go…employee retention is alarmingly low and there is a tendency to make positions redundant at the click of a finger. Really stressful environment, more so than other fashion brands…one would never know if their line manager and HR team are plotting against them. Management tends to check on you while they’re on holidays, they have a tendency of gaslighting and undermining any room for personal growth.
