i’ve worked in luxury settings but i’ve never experienced such a different set of rules applying to the ceo and her friends at the top, the only people promoted or resourced were those friends with ceo, when complaints would happen then the retaliation and hostility would start.

Had a great manager, and benefits are okay

Cons

Very toxic company, a lot of drama, no clear growth opportunities, company is going in a spiral downwards, top management is not strategic at all. Massive turnover, which means priorities are always shifting, and very little knowledge is transferred. Would not recommend people to join, everyone I knew that joining recently felt somewhat regretful. Benefits are good, but not amazing, and are there to hide the bad things.
