Very Negative Experience

Great benefits that went into effect immediately after hire. HR team is friendly. Very minimal company allowance but it's better than nothing.

Cons

No one seems to be on the same page or even know what is going on most of the time. Extremely hostile work environment and several complaints were made to HR and management. No training - I had to figure out most everything on my own and unfortunately HR did not seem to know what was going on either or how to handle situations. The team I worked with was definitely the least experienced/knowledgeable of any team I'd worked with before at other companies, and it's probably their insecurity in themselves that makes them so aggressive and impossible to work with.
