I didn't listen to the reviews and that was maybe the worst mistake i have ever made thus far. I even had a gut feeling and i ignored that. The company is completely rotten from the top - i cannot stress this enough. I can talk all day about how this was the worst time of my life but in short - there is no understanding of how a business should work, the jobs people do, how budgets should be spent. Everything is complicated through the mismanagement of time and restriction of budgets. It is the most toxic work environment where people just shout, manipulate, stab each other in the back. Do not bother, literally work anywhere else if you have the choice - choose life (just look at what those poor otters are going through)

Toxic and very poor skilled leadership. Abuse of power from some directors, who were totally unprepared to be in a position of authority. Bullying level 1000. HR department covers for bullying behaviours from leadership.
