I would not say there are negative points. It is a smaller company and you need to adapt to this reality if you come from bigger company.

Pros

Stella McCartney is a wonderful company where to work, with a very competent and horizontal work environment, where everyone feels free to bring his/her contribution. As an employee, you are really put in the best conditions to develop your own talent, in respect of your personal attitude and life. Respect, trust, talent enhancement, teamwork: working together for a common objective, this is how in SMC people work.

Cons

Honestly, I do not find real disadvantages, but as SMC is not a big companies many processes still need to be well structured: this could be a great and stimulating challenge for someone, a limit for other ones.
