Pros
Lots of good hands on experience operating at a high level (I have worked as a product manager for the last year). Good chance to work cross functionally across the business Lots of good opportunities to get involved in extra projects and awesome experiences Benefits such as expenses for travel and graduate development
Cons
The pay vs the amount of work done isn’t the best in the industry. The job security post graduate scheme isn’t good.
