8% 401k 20 days vacation after 5 years

Cons

Release Engineers are the only role in PD that produces actual work. Project Chiefs, Project Resp, Development Leads, etc are all just beaters and trackers of DRE work products. Pretty sad, actually. We could operate with 50% of the man power.
