      No pros to being in the Accounting/Finance organization at Stellantis

      Cons

      Troubled company with a history of bankruptcies and mergers. They have not been a quality organization for a long time now. Leadership (managers, senior managers, directors) across all organizations need to be purged if this company wants to survive. So called leaders (senior managers, directors, etc.) within the finance org deliberately cause chaos and inefficiencies in order to get professionals to quit, and in doing so they ensure no other experienced individuals remain that could potentially replace them. They have no regards to people's livelihood

      Get you H1b visa or your EB-2 NIW approvals. Cheap car lease options starting from $400/month including insurance and everything.

      Incompetent and poor FRENCH management/employees No recognition, No hike, No promotion Office politics by INDIANS No integrity, only care about profits and not employees 24*7 workstyle, work handovers and poor communication

      Very good pay and excellent insurance

      Keeps cutting jobs on the line which adds more work to others . Lack of adequate training on production line. Does not follow their own methods and standards for training, and quality control. Fails to conduct proper root cause analysis for quality, downtime and safety issues. Management tries to discipline first before conducting proper analysis cause low morale .
