Pros

Benefits are great and there is a strong push for innovation and advancement in development techniques and procedures

Cons

Mid to low pay, miles and miles of red tape, and obtuse, band-aid riddled architecture makes development slow, complicated, and abstract. There is no alignment between departments, tons of blame-shifting, and organizational jenga, making the average work day a headache with an ever-looming shadow of layoff or "corporate restructuring".

Pros

Good benefits, some stability, some cool products

Cons

back to office 5 days a week, top down decisions bypassing local management without reason, all the best talent has left already, remaining folks are complacent or incompetent.

Pros

Decent pay, Good learning with latest technology

Cons

There is a noticeable presence of non-technical managers, and many projects are driven by them. This sometimes impacts technical decision-making. Additionally, the hiring process could be more structured and merit-based, as it may feel influenced by prior familiarity with candidates.
