New Owners seem distant to North America workforce

People working together to get a vehicle on the road. Pride in working here.

Cons

We change owners every 5-7 years and the new owners always come in and try to reinvent the wheel. Which usually means cost cutting via heads instead of innovations and engineering. The workers should be the #1 asset, but that is just a talking head point from people who make millions at the top.

Pay inequality, Forced OT and often 56+hrs/week, Workload is too much, Routine Maintenance of essential equipment is not at all a priority, Management doesn’t care about making your job easier and more efficient, Coworkers aren’t replaced when they leave etc…
