Pros

1) Hybrid work-mode 2) In-charge of product D&D responsibility 3) Excellent work atmosphere 4) Work is challenging but there are many opportunities to learn and grow 5) Company is a huge multinational company and there is a huge ambition to become the top automaker globally

Cons

1) There is no specific approach to training for this role. You learn with experience and patience. 2) There are systemic issues that plague the development process which are hickups caused by mergers of two big companies. Although there is active work being done to rectify it.
