Working at the Chelsea Proving Grounds (CPG) was a very fun and exciting opportunity. When I worked at CPG Stellantis recently took over FCA and there there many process changes that came with the takeover. If you are a Union Member for the UAW then CPG is considered a top work location for UAW members. If you are a contracted worked then you are considered the bottom of the totem pole and are the first to go with layoffs when testing is low. Overall fun and exciting place to work.
