      Pros

      Good health insurance and medical cover - no eye or dental until hired full time. Which was made clear wouldn't likely happen for me because of my age. (Just turned 52).

      Cons

      A complete lack of communication literally at every level. My team leader repeatedly told me the company didn't want someone my age and preferred younger employees who are "faster with computers" not regarding the fact that I was a web developer and proficient with a myriad of programs ranging from the Adobe Creative suite to music and project management software.

      Very Diverse, work with many automotive departments Local flexible travel, each day is different traveling to plants, suppliers, design and build clients Field position not directly tied to the plant floor or headquarters

      Cons

      Travel can get excessive especially if you are assigned to a non local plant(s) No company vehicle, gas reimbursement for employee lease vehicle is $0.17/mile Launch timing can get stressful and demanding your time at the plant during this time
