Great company to work for but no stability. The company went through a merger in 2023 and will now be acquired by prosperity bank this year 2026.

Cons

Toxic management. When problems are reported to HR nothing is done and you are ultimately let go or harassed to the point of you wanting to quit due to the hostile environment.
