Pros

There are no "good" reasons to work a Stellar. The only reason people work here is out of necessity or guilt to stay.

Cons

Phew! Where to begin? This company has shown time after time that they value profits over people. The benefits are lousy and weak. The leadership is completely out of touch with what it means and feels to be an hourly employee. The customers they serve treat you terribly but Stellar will not protect their actual greatest assets (their employees) because they only see dollar signs.
