Great Work Environmet But Very Little Opportunity for Advancement Or Benefits

Pros

Great work environment with great people who are focused on team-work efficiency to provide the highest level of service to their customer base.

Cons

Antiquated computer operating system. Old warehouse equipment. Each branch has it's own processes and procedures, so the results in most cases are marginalized. Everyone on the same processes and procedures promotes greater over-all efficiency.

Pros

Some branches have good people to work with. The management has tried to keep as many employees as possible through the tough times. They are trying to be aggressive in the market.

Cons

Just now getting back into the black. The upper management was too bloated and now that many are gone, they want to look elsewhere for blame. Stupid inventory management and a CEO that tries to get blood from his turnip sales staff makes for a stressful environment.
