      - great coworkers, including the owner. - flexible work environment - remote work - development-focused work - flat oganiational structure - good pay and benefits - diversity - great culture of competency, trust, and no code ownership - more...

      Cons

      - work can be tedious, but that is really true of most or all software development work, especially given the entire spectrum of it. This is really a con of the whole field!

      Pros

      Comfortable, very flexible schedule. May get to study some interesting things. Lots of code reviews, and exposure to the work of people on other projects, with some ability to switch over. An opportunity to learn a lot. Lots of smart people here.

      Cons

      Not the best communication/management, but they don't really have a hierarchy, so it's expected.
