-The values are not something just talked about in orientation. They are lived in the actions of how we treat each other and our artists -You have a ton of opportunities to do more than just your job if you are curious and self motivated -Everyone is equally motivated and has the same goals -Leadership is clear with their alignment and where we are going -Having work in other music industry companies, Stem is the exception. Everyone is spoken to with respect and is their opinions matter
Cons
-Hard to say this is a con but with the teams still growing, if you are looking for a traditional career path, this is not the place for black and white growth. You still have plenty of places to grow and learn, Its just not tradition if that is what you are looking for
