Best part of stenograp is being able to take ttime off for your family when needed.

Cons

Promotions are base by feeling,personal attachments,not by who is best for this for this position base on their skills.

Not much, management needs help. No weekend work.

Cons

Company stuck in the 1980's. No modern benefits. Huge favoritism amongst management. Unless you're in with the "boys club" you have no chance of promotions. Many upper management needs to retire...now! No new products. Management is indeed hoping for a miracle.
