Pros

The team I worked with kept me in the position for as long as I was there. The coworkers are amazing!

Cons

The agency is poorly managed. They “grew too quickly” so they are unable to reimburse the staff what they are owed. Several have gone 6+ months without getting their mileage checks reimbursed or getting reimbursed for items that were bought for clients out of pocket (that supervisors asked us to pay for out of pocket). There have been times where our company phones do not allow us to make or accept calls due to the company not paying their phone bill.

Pros

The licensure hours (but you can get these virtually anywhere!)

Cons

Unlivable income (if they offer you $52/53K, push for $54/55K; trust me they'll do it) CEO emailed this awful email about why employees couldn't get reimbursed on a monthly basis, even though they assure this in their employee handbook Frontline workers are not appreciated Abusive work culture (focuses all on billing, not your growth) There really are better nonprofits out there. DO NOT WORK HERE.
