Flexibility with scheduling, supervisors allow/encourage autonomy, making a true difference, Excellent Clinical hours supervision twd license =gain hrs fast & learn, Promotion opportunity from within, I saw several colleagues promoted.

Cons

High demand for DMH billing, due to DMH funding requirements. Paperwork overload--but that's any DMH contracted agency. Did I mention paperwork?
