Pros

At first being able to work for a company from a new hire standpoint, things were good as shown by team outings and a steady workload.

Cons

Fraudulent work practices were covered up continually by internal audits and the laying off of case managers. Only a portion of the actual money raised to help the homeless ended up going to them, the rest went to buying properties and funding an art program.

its a social agency... helping people like me to find homes, meaning and employment! i made a lot of good friends and was able to spend my time maintaining a magazine table with reading all the magazines ((everything!))

Cons

is everyone vegetarian, yet? a planetary goal! because i have been a client of the home office for step up on second, i wasn't treated equally as a staff member meaning we weren't allowed 'to date anyone'. staff members should be allowed to date/marry each other!!

Pros

Great coworkers. Monetary bonuses for some programs. Phone use reimbursements.

Cons

Issues at managerial level. Clinical client opinions for SCII's are highly criticized when particular PMs do not agree with you. Highly toxic communications during team meetings. Everyone disrespects others and management does not know to handle when meetings turn out that way. Pay raises are not even considered. SCII's do not have same salaries.
