Great work environment. flexible and you really learn a lot and can grow in your skills. I would recommend working here because staff and managers are supportive. Pay is pretty good but could be better.

Health insurance is REALLY good and the only thing that has been keeping me at this job.

Low pay (CEO makes obscene money and drives a Bentley while those on the ground floor can barely make ends meet), uncaring management, out of touch executives, no raises, no communication, long hours, high emotional demand, high mental demand
