Some really great people, with an aptitude for collaboration and helpful nature.

The services department I reported to was not a seasoned professional. His management style was more fit for minimum wager workers than for professionals. No encouragement or praise; extreme favoritism and very poor communication. He absolutely reserved the right to disregard processes and policy. Often.
