Pros

Good pay but inconsistent across the board. There isn't much good to say about Sterling Computers. Not recommended at all.

Cons

Nepotism. They only care about the family and friends they've hired. Favoritism is blatantly shown. They also will let employees go in a split second. Three years in a row they've let many good employees go right before the holidays.

Large pay disparity between inside and outside sales positions.

Pros

Above average pay. Great people to work with. Small company, but has a big impact. I get work with the coolest stuff every day.

Cons

Hours are crazy. I consistently work 60 hrs a week, and have worked multiple 100 hour weeks this year. Travel is pretty brutal as I'm gone 70% of the time.
