Pros

Sterling has the most important thing you can ask a staffing company for: an established customer base, loaded with accounts that continue to produce. It also distinguishes itself from other staffing firms by its relatively low turnover.

Cons

While I'm comfortable saying Sterling is the best staffing firm I've ever worked for, it's still a staffing firm - that means long, thankless days without much opportunity for advancement or additional skills acquisition. Also, management has a tendency to rely on fear as a motivator.

Pros

- Negotiated Raises on my behalf - Slightly above average pay - Additional pay in company stock with long term employment

Cons

- When I was abruptly laid off from the company I was contracted by Sterling to work for, Sterling was unable to find other work for me and has not reached out since.
