Pros

Some of the people were super genuine and great. They do provide a lot of sourcing materials. They do have fun activities which the staff puts on.

Cons

The end of year goal is almost impossible to hit... and if you don't hit it they still increase it. and they do not GIVE increases on salaries EVER.. So they under pay you and leave you there until you LEAVE. So good luck getting a raise... The managers are HELICOPTERS.. they make you fill out stupid reports The culture is very forced and HR does nothing about situations... NOTHING The managers play favorites and if you aren't a favorite...good luck. This company is super old fashioned and will make you work like a dog and will not appreciate you at all. They will make you feel guilty for not coming in on the weekends and staying late. PLEASE do not take their offer!

Pros

Benefits when full time (but I did not sign up for them), referral bonuses, your agent checks in with you every month or so to see how you are doing, and they add you to their email list to see what else is happening within the company

Cons

This is my first temp agency to work for, unsure

They have a very experience and professional staff. They treat you with the highest Level of professionalism . They care for their Employee’s as well their Client’s in the process of the Job placement . Thank you Sheila Herring and Ric Delgado for a great experience.
